Special: A gallery of Black and White Photos and enhanced photographs. Back to Home:
No gallery would be complete without Black and White Photography or even enhanced photography.
This month will show a selection of Black and White photography produced by an HP camera.
Photos A and B. A pair of dogs in the back of the truck near a restaurant. Often people travel with their dogs just like this.
A side street off of Appleway in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
Photos C. and D. What they used to call the abstract photo. Take a narrow slice of the item to be photographed. A lack of context. This is actually a smoke and liquor store. More than one that has sprung up in town in recent years.
Proposed site for the Kroc Center? The trees look almost buried in soil.
Photos E. and F. The Dalton Gardens City Park. Only now are the trees hitting their peak in beautiful blooms.
Quite literally, all of North Idaho is surrounded by mountains and hills. This is a photo taken where I 90 heads west toward Spokane, Washington.
The HP digital camera has the capability to show amazing detail even in black and white photography. While this one, bought around 2005 is a 3.1 megapixal and can zoom to 5x. It does have a limit of not having quite the sharpness at its most extreme zoom. Of producing off-putting rather blurry photos. I zoomed to approximately 3x to produce photo F. A far better pic.
